These Terms and Conditions explain the basic rules, responsibilities, and limitations that apply when you use Fabymacare. By continuing to browse, interact with, or place orders through the platform, you agree to follow these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fabymacare, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should stop using the platform and its services.

Use of the platform means acceptance

2. Scope of Services

Fabymacare may provide access to healthcare-related digital features such as medicine browsing, consultations, order handling, prescription review support, delivery coordination, customer account flows, and related service tools.

Available services, features, product listings, or workflows may change, be limited, or be removed at any time based on operational, medical, compliance, or business requirements.

3. Eligibility and Customer Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all personal, delivery, and order information you provide is accurate and current.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account or sign-in method used on the platform.
  • You must not impersonate another person, submit false information, or misuse healthcare-related flows.
  • If you submit prescription evidence or medical information, you are responsible for ensuring that it is genuine and relevant.

4. Medicines and Medical Information

  • Some medicines may require prescription verification, doctor authority, or additional review before they can be released or delivered.
  • Medicine listings, descriptions, availability, and pricing may change without prior notice.
  • Information shown on the platform is intended for general service support and should not be treated as a substitute for emergency care, formal diagnosis, or in-person medical treatment where required.
Where a medicine is marked as requiring approval, Fabymacare may delay or refuse release until the necessary review has been completed.

5. Prescription Review and Approval

If an order contains medicines that require prescription review, you may be asked to upload prescription evidence or use the consultation flow before the order can continue.

Fabymacare reserves the right to approve, delay, reject, or cancel prescription-related orders where the submitted evidence is incomplete, unclear, invalid, inconsistent, or not acceptable for the requested products.

6. Orders, Delivery, and Fulfilment

Order acceptance, preparation, dispatch, and delivery timing may depend on stock levels, prescription approval, payment confirmation, delivery destination, and operational conditions.

Fabymacare may refuse, delay, cancel, or limit an order where necessary for compliance, safety, product availability, suspected misuse, or incomplete customer information.

7. Payments

Payments may be required before certain products or services are confirmed. In some cases, payment may remain locked until prescription review or order approval has been completed.

You are responsible for ensuring that the phone number, payment method, and payment details you provide are correct before confirming a payment request.

8. Refunds, Reversals, and Adjustments

Refunds, reversals, credits, or order adjustments may depend on the type of service, order status, product condition, prescription review result, payment state, and any internal pharmacy rules that apply to the case.

Not all orders or services will qualify for refund once processing, approval, or delivery has already progressed.

9. Consultation Services

Consultation services, where offered, depend on practitioner availability, booking flow, and platform setup. You agree to provide truthful and relevant information during consultation interactions.

Fabymacare does not guarantee continuous consultation availability at all times.

10. Prohibited Use

  • Using the platform for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or fraudulent activity
  • Submitting false prescriptions, false identities, or misleading health-related information
  • Attempting to interfere with, damage, reverse engineer, or exploit the service or connected systems
  • Using the platform in a way that may put patients, staff, or operations at risk

11. Limitation of Liability

Fabymacare aims to provide a reliable and professional service experience, but the platform is provided on an available basis and may be affected by technical interruptions, delays, stock limitations, third-party services, connectivity issues, or operational constraints.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, Fabymacare is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from platform use, delayed service, interrupted access, failed third-party systems, or customer-provided inaccuracies.

12. Updates to These Terms

Fabymacare may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are made may be treated as acceptance of the updated terms.
